What a wonderful day! I received the golden Maritime Web Award for my web page. Thank you very much for it - I am very, very proud!
June 8th, 2004 I had been asked, what happened to the Danish lightship No. XX (Fyrskib nr. XX). She sank near to the Netherlands in 1996, when she was on her way to London to become a restaurant ship. Click here to read more about her history...
May 28th, 2004 One of the oldest and best preserved lightships in the world is now for sale in Copenhagen - the Danish lightship no. XI.

April 4th, 2004 At the 4.11.1937, a charity stamp that shows the old lightship ELBE 1 was published to help the the German Winter Relief Organization. If you would like to sell this charity stamp (Michel-No. 652, SG 640) as a mint copy, please contact me.
April 1st, 2004 In January I startet with the English version of my Lightship WebPages. Now, after 3 month are over, I would like to tell you that it is a big success to do it. Lightship enthusiasts from very different countries all over the world have been contacting me. Thank you very much to all visitors for your loyalty.
